Below is the official list of localities that will possibly affected by the Super Typhoon Ruby a.k.a. Hagupit storm surge. The list of municipalities and provinces is issued days before the landfall of Ruby. These list is an enhanced version of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) general advisory for storm surges and to serve as guideline for steady and organized evacuation of communities, residents and families living in the affected areas.
