Fake Maid’s Office Busted

Fake Maid’s Office Busted Residency Affairs Department detectives arrested 31 Ethiopians on charges of running a bogus domestic helpers’ office, and using it to trade in absconding domestic workers. Investigations revealed that the suspects ‘sold’ the maids they harbored for prices ranging between KD 90 and KD 250, and that they gave clients fake receipts in the names of several bogus offices.
