IN RESPONSE TO MOUNTING QUERIES IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA , PART 4: LAST OF A SERIES

First of all, the Embassy highly respects those who take the initiative in maintaining the peace and tranquility of the Filipino people in Kuwait. We would like to RETURN the salute to all leaders who uphold this same vision.

The Embassy will always be neutral and on the side of right, with no favorites.

The Embassy also has a clear mandate, which is to protect our national security, promote our economy, protect our people, and to advise and assist Filipino Organizations within legal bounds.

Our mandate is above politics.

The embassy’s time and effort, along with that of all Filipino organizations of good will, cannot be spent or dragged into politics or personal political ambitions, but in the service of a grander vision.

This vision includes the ongoing humanitarian initiatives participated in by most groups and associations, which have no politics or personal ambitions.

Complaints between certain personalities can be channeled to the courts to allow the Embassy to focus on the Three Pillars of Diplomacy: Economics, Political security, and Assistance To Nationals, reaching out to OFWs far and wide through the different Filipino Organizations.

For all of us, Embassy and Filipino Organizations and our teams, this is our most important mission, not politics.

For this, we express our gratitude and admiration for everyone helping in this advocacy.
