Petrol prices, transport fare in Kuwait go up effective September 01, 2016

Following the Cabinet price hike on petrol products late last month here in Kuwait, effective today, September 01, the price of low octane petrol will increase from 60 fils per liter to 85 fils, while high grade petrol will cost 105 fils from the old price 65 fils and environmentally friendly low-emission “ultra” petrol that used to cost 95 fils will be 165 fils per liter.
